The Phallosan is made of synthetic materials designed to be comfortable for long-term wear. The manufacturer claims that it can be worn for up to 12 hours per day without any discomfort.
The synthetic materials not only provide it with its comfort, but it also makes caring and cleaning the device fast and easy. The only regular care it needs is hand washing with warm water and air drying in between uses.

The Phallosan consists of two components — the suction device that attaches directly to the penis, and the traction belt.
The former uses an air vacuum to stretch and extend the tunica, corpora chambers, and ligaments of the penis. The latter, not only keeps the device in place by being worn around the waist, but it also helps to provide continuous and steady traction. This allows the Phallosan to adjust automatically if the man wearing it experiences erections throughout the day.
The Phallosan is meant to be used underneath clothing. Its design makes it undetectable. It should be worn 8 to 12 hours per day. The synthetic materials make it very lightweight and also do not cause chaffing — making wearing it for such periods of time easier.
— Possible Side Effects
As the Phallosan is a device meant to be worn and not consumed, it does not have the potential for side effects as may be the case when supplements are involved. The manufacturer does not mention any known side effects in using the device.
— Results Seen by our Test Subjects
For our internal testing, we used three test subjects. All three had never used any form of male enhancement products or devices in the past. Their ages were 26, 37, and 49.
In terms of comfort, all three of our testers declared that the Phallosan was comfortable to wear while they went about their daily activities. Two of our testers indicated that following the first day of use they had become acclimated to the device. Our third tester stated that due to the physical nature of his work (he is a plumber) it took him longer to get used to wearing it.
After the first two weeks of wearing the device, only the youngest test subject demonstrated an increase in penis length beyond 1/4 inch.
After 8 weeks, the results were better for all three. Two subjects had an increase in length of 3/4 of an inch and the third subject was just shy of a full inch in improvement. Girth also increased 1/4 of an inch for all three.
We concluded our test at the end of the 16th week. The 26-year-old experienced an increase in length of 1-1/4 inches combined with an increased girth of over 1/2 an inch. The other two subjects increased their length by one full inch and had improved girth of just under 1/2 inch.
