Ingredients/Materials
Each Penomet consists of two primary components. The tube is constructed out of high-quality polycarbonate plastic. This ensures its durability. It makes it resistant to breakage when accidentally dropped.
The second component is the gaiter. Each Penomet comes with three different gaiters. Each gaiter applies a different level of pressure. They are constructed out of medical-grade silicon.
How to Use
The gaiters attach to the hollow end of the tube and rest on the base of your penis when you insert your penis into the tube. The manufacturer recommends that it be used in the shower or bathtub. A wet environment allows for a better seal to form between your body and the gaiter. Also, warm water on your body helps to relax your scrotum and penile tissues improving comfort and results.
Once you have inserted your penis into the tube, pump the tube by pushing down on the gaiter and your body. After two or three pumps, you will feel a vacuum seal being created.
At that stage just relax and wait. Push down on the tube as necessary to keep the seal tight and the pressure engaged. You should do this for 15 to 20 minutes.
When your session is done, push down on the valve located at the tip of the tube. This will release the pressure and break the seal allowing for easy removal.
Possible Side Effects
Being an external device, the Penomet does not come with the same potential for side effects that male enhancement pills do. There is no risk of contradictory reactions when combined with other medication.
However, it should be noted that the small number of men that suffer from silicon allergies might experience discomfort or irritation caused by the gaiter. The manufacturer also warns users that it is possible to experience bruising along the shaft and base of the penis when men start using the device. Results Seen by our Test Subjects
We used two test subjects to gauge firsthand the performance of the Penomet. Both subjects were in their mid-thirties. Both men reported minimal discomfort during the first week of use of the device. Each started out with one session per day.
During the second week of testing, both men reported seeing temporary but noticeable increases in penile length. For one man, these results lasted for 30 to 45 minutes after each use. The second subject reported the temporary effects lasting more than one hour.
By the 30th day of testing, both subjects reported having permanent enhancement. One subject achieved a permanent increase of 1-1/2 inches in length and 10 percent in girth. The second subject achieved an increase of close to 2 inches in length and 20 percent in girth.
One subject continued using the Penomet for 45 days after our first test finished. The other subject discontinued its use entirely. The man who continued using the device achieved a further 1/4 inch improvement in penile length. The other subject did not add further length — but kept the enhancements that he had achieved initially.
